Material certificates, weld records, test protocols and the manual all travel in the machine file.

  1. 01Incoming inspectionSheet, pipe and profile arrive with material certificates; every lot is verified by spectrometer.
  2. 02In-process measurementFirst-article approval on CNC, WPS/PQR tracking in welding and interim dimensional reports.
  3. 03Weld inspection100% visual, penetrant and radiographic testing on selected seams; records stay in the machine file.
  4. 04Pressure and leak testHydrostatic testing on pressure equipment, helium leak testing on hygienic lines.
  5. 05Factory acceptance test (FAT)The line runs on the customer's own product at our plant; capacity and accuracy are measured to protocol.
  6. 06Site acceptance test (SAT)After commissioning the same protocol is repeated on site, with training and the file handed over.
