Six stops from incoming inspection to site acceptance, each one on the record.

Incoming inspection
Sheet, pipe and profile arrive with material certificates; every lot is verified by spectrometer.

In-process measurement
First-article approval on CNC, WPS/PQR tracking in welding and interim dimensional reports.

Weld inspection
100% visual, penetrant and radiographic testing on selected seams; records stay in the machine file.

Pressure and leak test
Hydrostatic testing on pressure equipment, helium leak testing on hygienic lines.
- 05
Factory acceptance test (FAT)
The line runs on the customer's own product at our plant; capacity and accuracy are measured to protocol.
- 06
Site acceptance test (SAT)
After commissioning the same protocol is repeated on site, with training and the file handed over.
